Where and How I see Colonization in Morrocco

When people from other countries come to morrocco eigther for buisness or to start a new and make a new life. People at the consulate come to morrocco to help people with there visa's so that these people can see the rest of the world. So where would be at the consalate where my dad works but not in this dipartment and how is giving people visa's.
